Nish has spent the past 20 years in progressively senior roles in the marketing and communications industry. In his last role, Nish was recruited to lead Meta's agency team in Canada which was responsible for driving growth with the agency community. 

Previous to Meta, Nish was the Chief Strategy Officer for Initiative part of the Interpublic Group of Companies (IPG). Nish led a team overseeing the strategy, content and product vision for the agency along with sitting on the global product steering committee.  

Under Nish's leadership, Initiative was recognized as the Media Agency of the Year in 2019 and 2021 and received numerous marketing accolades from WARC's Top 50 Most Effective Agencies in the World to a Cannes Grand Prix for Creative Data.

Nish’s experience spans across multiple industries including: CPG, beverage alcohol, sports, e-Commerce, retail, financial services, entertainment, toys, QSR, travel and tourism. And different marketing functions: media, experiential, sponsorship, digital, creative, social, shopper and content to build truly omni-channel ideas.

In his spare time, Nish serves as the Vice Chair on the Board of Vibe Arts, a non-profit focused on making the arts more accessible for youth in Toronto.
